as you move forward in this life you may find that you are better at some things than most others. make time to understand what those things are. make space to continually let those things present themselves to you. 

once you discover the things you are better at than most others, try to separate them into things you are good at that bring you joy and things you are good at that do not. 

always always make time for the first. if you can use your personal labor in this way, try your best to make it work.

if you cannot use your personal labor in this way, keep doing the things that you are good at that bring you joy. a few moments a day is enough.

be wary of those around you that may encourage you to do the things you are good at that do not bring you joy at the cost of doing things you are good at the do bring you joy. 

if you find yourself going down this path, i hope you find your way out and in the process find a way to begin living again.
