Awesome writeup for so many reasons. The top off my mind would be: it's so genuine and your writing style made it such that it was as if you were literally speaking from the screen, off the text.

I've got a few questions but the most burning one pertains to getting operators in early on, at any cost.

What if there is an investor that is super synergistic, but they come in late and might make you over dilute. What would happen then? To be able to give both your operators and this new investor their share of equity, you would have to dilute yours.

Would it still make sense then to go with that option? Are there any ways around this? Would love to have a discussion about it.
