Day 20: Not too productive today

I haven't been very productive today. Felt sleepy the entire day – lack of proper sleep maybe? Sleeping at 4AM and waking at 2pm? I have to fix this, but how? Been feeling cold throughout the day too even if i'm just using a wall fan. Odd.



I want to also track my goals so I can improve the rate at which I learn to move towards my longer term goals. I quite like how Paras Chopra did a 30 by 30 scorecard post.



Really tired now so I'll head off to rest earlier.
