Spoke with Eugene last night about planning our time. Great tips and i have a clearer picture of what to do now.
If I can't finish shit because of last minute interruptions, shift to the next day.
If i keep shifting the task to the next day, decide if it's procrastination or a mismatch in priorities
Do retrospectives every 2 weeks as a form of mindfulness practice. I should be able to reduce inconsistencies in planning over a longer period of time. Better than not trying.
