Had a conversation with Dru from Trends.vc 2 days ago. I asked about what he thought of meditating daily and how long he does it for. He said something like the time one spends on meditation doesn't matter. What matters was whether it was designed for longevity.
The reasoning was if you make it too hard to do, you'll just quit doing it as a habit. You end up losing the benefits of meditation then.
I kept thinking about this and I've shared this with a few friends. So I thought to myself, maybe it's time to write it down and here it is!
