I'm down with the flu today. Before you think it‘s COVID-19, I don't think it is. I have been stuck at home for weeks since the lockdown.
It's probably because I slept late last night. And my quality of sleep is terrible – I wake up intermittently at night for no reasons.
Certainly, it affected my productivity for the day. But this taught me that it's important to watch our health and routines. Taking care of our mind and body well would help us to go further.
