I saw a gorgeous piece on display at the Minneapolis Institute of Art of a jade carving of scholars gathering at the Orchid Pavilion. The detail was incredible— I was most charmed by the wine cups floating down the creek as a part of a drinking game where whoever a cup stopped closest to would drink and write a poem.
