30 DB Front Squats (one DB on each shoulder)

100m Farmers Walk (heavy DB/KB in each hand)

15 Burpee DB Power Cleans (Push-up on DB’s + Clean = 1 rep)

30 DB Lunges (alternate legs, one DB on each shoulder)

100m Farmers Walk (heavy DB/KB in each hand)

Rest 2 min

B. One Round:



Run 800m

25 V-ups OR Clamshell Crunches (with or without ball between legs)

Row 1000m
