w﻿e went to a new yoga parlour somewhere 30 mins + from our place. my girlfriend felt unwell on the way there and ended up not participating in the class, which was okay, but that obviously means i had to practice yoga, in a pretty large class, alone. 

our teacher practices yoga for 24 years now, and today happened to be her birthday.﻿

during the class, she talked about sankhya philosophy and how we learn:

it kinds of stick with me for a bit — for that it evokes the need to update this blog just to jot down these three points.
