Open yourself up to the world. Show up every moment unabashedly with the best version of yourself. Conquer your fear of judgment. Bare your soul to the watchful eyes and trust that they are there to support you. Open your heart, allow your being to enter the world, naked and vulnerable and perfect as you are.
Embrace life circumstances with a curious mind. Play in unfamiliar sandboxes, allow others into your sandboxes. Approach the familiar with a beginner's mind. Take things lightly and playfully.
Understand the ebb and flow that is natural in this world. Partake in it without resisting.
