when an idea is in its infancy, telling others about it is a crime.



because this idea, as pure and as raw as it is, is vulnerable. rendering it into words that another human can understand at best does it a disservice; at worst, defiles it.



because even if the other person doesn’t react adversely to the idea, by conveying it, you’ve allowed a certain amount of impurity to seep into it. moreover, the fact that another person’s consciousness -- with its own ego and beliefs -- is aware of the idea alters it.



so it is best to let the idea ferment in the depths of your own mind until it is backed by a certain unshakeable amount of faith.
