One of my goals this year is to receive ten rejections a month. A rejection only counts if it's something I cared deeply about. 

It occurred to me that because I've been rejected so few times in my professional life, I am spending way too much time on the safe side of the playing field. 

If my potential has a ceiling, the only way to find it is to put myself in scenarios where I face more rejection.
